At PCC
- Men of Color Leadership ProgramThe Men of Color Leadership Program combines college credit courses with student development resources. Participants earn 7 college transferable tuition free credits in CG 140B Career and Life Planning and CG 191 Exploring Identity & Diversity. Classes support knowledge and skill building around various topics including: a) academic success, b) demystifying and navigating college demands and expectations, c) men’s health and wellness, and d) exploring identity, race, gender, culture, society, individual transformation, and social change.
- Multicultural CentersThe Cascade, Rock Creek, Southeast, and Sylvania Multicultural Centers were founded to address institutional racism and the unique needs of students of color at PCC. The Multicultural Centers support the academic achievement, leadership development, and advancement of students of color at PCC.
- PCC Office of Equity and InclusionThe Office of Equity and Inclusion is committed to the urgent, sustained, and comprehensive work of creating a college climate that demonstrates PCC’s commitment to civil rights, diversity, equity, and inclusion. We are advocates for a just and inclusive college climate, regardless of individual differences, beliefs, or identities.

- The Black Resilience FundBlack Resilience Fund is an emergency fund dedicated to healing and resilience by providing immediate resources to Black Portlanders.
- The Coalition of Communities of ColorThe Coalition of Communities of Color (CCC) addresses the socioeconomic disparities, institutional racism and inequity of services experienced by our families, children and communities; and to organize our communities for collective action resulting in social change to obtain self-determination, wellness, justice and prosperity.
- Imagine BlackImagine Black helps Portland’s Black community imagine the alternatives we deserve, builds our political participation, and supports leadership to achieve those alternatives.
- The Urban League or Portlandhe Urban League of Portland’s mission is to empower African-Americans and others to achieve equality in education, employment, health, economic security and quality of life.
