About Meaningful Conversations
Portland Community College's Center for Civic Participations's "Meaningful Conversations" series has an informal, discussion-based format where we strive to create a place for open and honest dialogues that challenge participants to think about and reflect on difficult topics. The CCP@PCC is part of a broad movement to create alternatives to polarized, adversarial, and polemical conversations. We NEED all points of view brought to the table, but expressed within a structure that helps people listen and learn across their many differences.
